The purpose of the Belleau Woods Homeowner’s Association (BWHOA) is:

To give association members a place to bring their neighborhood concerns
To unite the neighborhood as an unincorporated group
To give members a friendly atmosphere in which to get to know their neighbors
To keep the neighborhood a safe and desirable place to live
To protect the members’ interests and rights as outlined in the summary of covenants
To maintain the neighborhood entrance, including utility expenses for lights and irrigation
To keep members informed, by means of this website, the community forum, email and newsletters.
